Hi Everyone!  Just a quick update so everyone is in the loop! The skiing is great! And it’s all thanks to groomers Jim, Erich and Anthony! Jim and Erich took the Ginzu around the stadium trails, Jack Rabbit and the Snowbound circuit many, many times and they’re all now in excellent shape. The Moose is likewise in good shape as far as the Kitlope crossing.

But wait! There’s more! Anthony took the Snow Kiti out on the Dog trail with great results!! The Dog trail is now in good condition. Since that experiment was successful Anthony will try to complete the grooming of the Moose Hwy including Bonzai Park. He’ll also see if anything can be done with Beaver but we’re not optimistic—too much ice. Check the face book page and the website for grooming updates.

The Women’s Ski Fest has been postponed till we have more and softer snow. So those who signed up, please stay tuned for new date. MEANWHILE…. this Sunday, Feb. 5, the club's instructors and coaches will be offering “Hills – down and up!” for anyone wanting to work on just that. Starts at 2:00 p.m. Meet at the Lodge. Anthony worked on the ice in front of the lodge, too, so it’s a bit better than it’s been all week.

And finally, it’s a full moon on Feb. 11 so the best nights for a moonlight ski are the 9th and 13th. Moonrise over the trees is about 8 pm on those days.

That’s it for now. See you all on the trails! And..... Think Snow!!!
