The BC Winter Games are rapidly approaching!  The cross-country skiing portion of the Games will be held March 5-7, 2010, at Onion Lake Ski Trails.  All are welcome to come watch and cheer for the 70 young athletes competing from around the province.  The events and their start times are:

• Friday, March 5th - Interval start Classic race - 11am start
• Saturday, March 6th - 400m Free technique Sprint - 10am start
• Sunday, March 7th - 4 x 2.2km Team relay (classic/free technique) - 10am start

Because of the races and the preparation involved, the ski trails will be temporarily closed from Thursday (March 4) at noon until Sunday (March 7) at noon.  However, the Doggy Trail will be open and skiable all throughout the weekend!  Please note this and let others know.
