Hi!  Just a few notes about the race on Saturday, adult lessons, "demo day", a wax clinic on the 2nd, and a women's ski fest on the 12th.  Details....

1.  Our annual Snow Valley Open is tomorrow, starting at 10:00 a.m. (the race starts at 11:00).

2.  Because of the race, there are no adults lessons tomorrow.  They will resume next Saturday, and there are skate ski lessons on Wednesday nights as well.

3.  McBike and Sport will be set up out at the race site tomorrow (after the race) for a "demo day", if you are looking to try out gear and/or need to get something for cross-country skiing from Peter.

4.  We will be holding a wax clinic on Feb. 2 (Thursday) in the lodge at 7:00 p.m.  If you want directions or waxing tips, this is a good opportunity to learn from the experts!  And those of you who have "waxless" skis, a coat of glide wax on tips and tails does wonders for glide, and you know those days when the wet heavy snow sticks to the base of your ski right under your feet?  There's a wax solution for that, too!  Please This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. 5.  And lastly, we will be holding a women's one-day Ski Fest again this year, on Sunday, Feb. 12th.  Mark the date, and bring a friend!  The registration forms are not yet online, but should be shortly.  We will also have registration forms available in the lodge.  All contact information and details will be on the forms.  This clinic is for women in all ski levels, and for both classic and skate skiing techniques.  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
