Via email to Travis Carter. Include Racer Name, Age, Date of Birth, Local Club and Race Category. Fees (see fee schedule below ) to be paid on location at time of bib pickup, cash or cheque only. (All SVNSC Jack Rabbit members will be automatically registered, no fees required)
Start Lists And Bib Pick Up:
Start lists for race will be available early on race day. Bib pick up will be at registration station in lodge at Onion Lake ski trails between 9:00 and 10:30 am on race day.
Heated Lodge with cold running water and pit toilets located nearby. Warm up and wax testing areas will be available in the vicinity of the stadium
A number of electrical outlets on the outside of lodge for ski waxing will be available. A limited number of tables equipped with waxing forms to be provided.
An awards ceremony will be held on site following the races.
A concession will be open in the lodge serving soup, buns, drinks and baked goods for purchase. Soup and a bun to be provided to all racers, included in the registration cost.
Registered racers and coaches may obtain a free trail pass for the day of the race. Regular trail fees pertain to all other users of the trails on race day. Fees are posted outside the ticket booth. There will be restricted use of race trails during the race. A trail pass is not required by spectators to view the race in the Stadium.
